I am taking part and supporting our region in a 445 mile bike ride across the South West and Wales Region, by cycling 140 miles from Cheltenham for Cullompton. in 2 days.

This may possible finish me off given my level of fitness (!) but I aim to finish in 1 piece.

We are supporting 2 charities, the Wallace and Gromit Grand appeal, and LATCH, both of which do amazing work and have supported people close to us personally.

As a region we are looking to raise £100,000 throughout the year, and personally your donations will be matched up to £500, so thank you in advance for supporting what I am sure will be a painful experience!
