I'm planning on running a 10k race on the 5th September in support of The John Aspinall Foundation who help release gorillas into the wild in the Congo, as well as other conservation activities with a variety of species.  As Clare works for them and has a close relationship with the Gorillas she cares for this cause is close to our hearts and i'd really appreciate it if you would consider sponsoring me to help this worthy cause.  Any help would be much appreciated.
