Hi All,

 

me and some of my colleagues are doing the Para's  10. Which is a 10 mile endurance race on the 13th Sept (possibly crawling by the end of it!!) to help all of those who have helped us and will help us in the future.

We are doing this in full uniform with a fully laden bergen (rucksack) weighing 35lbs (16 Kg) and a pair of military type boots. (which I have got to break in within two weeks)

Please help us to raise money for all of our past/present and future Heros
