Dear Family and Friends,

I am running next Sunday (09/10) the Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of Cancer Research UK and hope that all that training will pay off to run like the wind and be free again... Failing that, going through the 1hour40minutes barrier would be great.

Anyway it is for a good cause!
