Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be running the 5K Run on June 13th 2010, in order to help raise funds for a roof appeal for one of our HelpCentre, that is situated in Hackney, this roof is at a critical situation where it will not survive another winter.

My aim is to raise funds in order to contribute, so that it may be repaired and continue its Active daily work within the community.

Please note that this cause( 5K Run) is very dear to my heart, simply because it was this very same charity that helped me transform my life around, when I hit rock bottom a few years back.

Without there help I simply would not be here today, the helpers were incredible, the moral support they provided was outstanding in addition to helping me Rehablitate my life back.

I would love to give others the opportunity to recieve the help that i got there too, by simply making a donation you could simply be changing the life of an indivdual and really supporting me in this cause.
