Working with Royal British Legion Travel, I am part of a team who are organising a Charity Rugby Match and Gala Dinner in aid of helping Veterans of WW2 return to Monte Cassino, Italy with a family member and carer.

With our help they will return to the battlefields where they fought, relive some old memories with their surviving comrades in arms and to remember the fallen bretheren they left behind.

For many of these brave hero's of my Grandads generation, they are in their 90s and this will be their last chance to return to some of the fields which saw such devestation that war brings, for some of them this would be their first visit since the campaigns of 1944.
