As will be obvious from our picture both Dad and I are in dire need of a fitness regime and what better way to get in shape than to raise money for Norwood!
Norwood supports people with learning disabilities and children and families in need.
Whilst Dad has ridden for Norwood before I have never undertaken a challenge of this magnitude. As the date for departure becomes ever nearer the reality is finally sinking in.
