2nd year running for Tough Mudder, so that is even braver as I am now more than aware of what is involved, those of you that know me well, will realise I am not built for speed, but this is a great challenge for a great cause, with some good team work and laughs along the way, to compensate for the pain and bruising I will be suffering next week, if this is a cause you believe please feel free to donate
