Story
In June 17 intrepid, some would say mad members of the Denbigh Harriers running club including me, are planning to run, walk and if need be, crawl the Offa's Dyke Trail. The whole run will take 5 days, many of the Harriers are going to run the entire trail. I hope to run 10-15 miles on 3 of the days.
