On Saturday December 10th the whole crew at FFS on Leeson Street will each do our selected challenges to raise money for the Irish Cancer Society. 

Mine will be 100 chin ups and 100 push ups in 30 minutes.

Together our goal is €50,000 for the Irish Cancer Society.

Whether it's a fiver or a fifty it's all massively appreciated. I'll think of you on the 10th when my arms are no longer arms!
