Just a flavour of the week-long trials of my Arctic Challenge taking place in January 2013 in aid of Rowcroft Hospice in Torquay and in association with Palm 105.5 FM.
Check out the video below for an even better idea of what I'll be doing.
This is no luxury holiday, it'll be exhausting, freezing cold and a serious challenge of physical & mental endurance.
Please, please, please give whatever you can for this very worthy cause. Every pound raised counts not only towards my target of £2,500, but more importantly, helps Rowcroft to continue to provide their amazing care and support to local people with critical illnesses and terminal conditions.
Thank you!
