I am part of 18 cyclists taking part in the Tower to Tower 2015 challenge, cycling 268 miles between London and Paris in just 4 days, between 3rd-7th July 2015.

Each team member has chosen their own charity to support, mine is London Air Ambulance.

On average, 6 people every 24 hours in London are so seriously injured that they need advanced life-saving medical treatment on scene before they reach hospital. London Air Ambulance offer this increasingly important service.

With your help the advance trauma doctors and paramedics can be by the publics side within minutes to perform medical procedures normally only found in the hospital emergency department, giving them the best possible chance of survival.
