Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent international medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid in more than 60 countries to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters or exclusion from healthcare.

My first encounter with Médecins Sans Frontières was in the winter of 1998/99 during Kosovo conflict.

The work MSF does is phenomenal and I cant put it into words. However, if you click on this link http://www.msf.org.uk/Blogs.aspx?page=2  you'll understand what I'm trying to say.
