Once a year 192 deserving children from all over the UK, accompanied by a team of medical carers, board a chartered Boeing 747 and head to Florida to spend 10 magical days of fun and excitement. The children leave their families behind giving them an opportunity to discover independence and confidence.  They spend time with children who have also suffered, they make friends and experience things they never thought possible.

Our current Lady Captain at the Golf Club has said that volunteering to help on Dreamflight was a wonderful and life changing experience. 

Dreamflight, which has operated every year since 1987, believe that fun and joy are important, especially for children who often can't wait long enough for the medical breakthrough they need or whose illness and treatments have brought pain and distress to their lives.  Please visit the Dreamflight website to gain the full Dreamflight experience.
