On the 13th of May, 25 DS Smith Graduates and Key Developers from across Europe will tackle a Tough Mudder Assault Course.

This will take me completely out of my comfort zone and I'm not used to rolling around in mud and diving into pools of dirt, getting shocked electricity and then saying that it was fun....

I am raising money for a charity that probably not many people have heard of. In our busy lives we sometimes forget about our own planet and how we need to protect it for future generations. After seeing so many of us in awe at the recent Planet Earth series; we sometimes only realise it's there when on TV and it will be fine, but we need to help protect these large habitats which are slowly being destroyed to make way for farming and logging.

WLT is an international conservation organisation that takes action to save rainforest and other wild habitats. Supported by David Attenborough and working with local organisations in Central and South America, Asia and Africa, WLT has helped protect over 500,000 acres of wild habitats.
