Haslingden to Hardraw charity bike ride

On the 20th August a group of us are riding 60 miles from Haslingden to Hardraw in north Yorkshire donning full on superheroes fancy dress.
I'm riding for the Alzheimer's charity because a few years ago we lost our Aunty E to Alzheimer's/ dementia. Anyone who knows of anyone affected by Alzheimer's knows how horrible it can be to watch someone deteriorate in to a shell of their former self.
I've never rode more than 10 miles at one go in my life; and the one time I did try; I felt like my lungs were falling out of my mouth. So please be generous :)
I think some of us will be raising money for different charities; so if we're mutual friends and that, you can choose which charity you'd prefer to donate to. (that's if you want to)
