Well I'm running again in the BUPA Great Manchester Run for The Christie. I'm not going to go into much detail but for those who are close you'll know the help that the staff at this hospital gave our family. This run is my way of trying to give a little back...

I'm actually looking forward to the run this time as it's my first for a few years. The trainers have been dusted off so lets see if I can complete the run in an hour:-)
