Once upon a time there were four beautiful Princesses who lived in the Mountains of Grace on a remote island far far away.  Every day their people would come to the foothills of their mountain with gifts for the Princesses.  Happily they lived their fortunate lives until one day having agreed they had everything one could ever want or need; they decided to spend a whole day giving their time, effort and money to help others.

Having feasted their entire lives on the finest foods, they had become rotund and a little lazy. We need to do something difficult said the youngest, plumpest Princess, why don’t we go on a run to raise money for the brilliant KingstonCan charity? We could look for a handsome Prince along the way whilst also doing some good! – so they all set off in a carriage for Hyde Park.

With just a few weeks to go, the Princesses had not raised very much for their good cause. What handsome Prince would choose any of us? We can’t even raise a few pounds for a good cause. So they decided to sing a sponsorship song to everyone they met to encourage others to support them. If you donate now, one of them might sing it to you when you next meet them!

We are doing the Adidas Women’s 5K Challenge in aid of KingstonCan. The cancer care unit at Kingston Hospital is constantly updating the facilities and equipment to give the best possible care to cancer sufferers and their families.

Please sponsor us as generously as you can, none of us are runners but we are determined to complete the 5km run.
