My story
Hello :) Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This year I am running my first ever MARATHON in Edinburgh. Aagggghh! I have decided to do it for charity.I have chosen Penumbra, a Scottish mental health organisation.
I know just how important organisations like Penumbra are in helping people get back on their feet when illnesses such as depression take hold, and think it's really important to raise awareness and help people understand the isssues surrounding mental health. I know that my Mum (aka Mrs T) has worked with the charity through school and holds this organiasation in high regard and in my experience Mum is always worth listening to!! So, hope that you can spare a few pennies to support my marathon experience.
I have started training. The legs (and bum) are already sore!! but I am deteremined to plough on through the pain.
