Hi guys, thanks for taking the time out to visit my page, I really appreciate it.....

I am challenging myself to take part in '7 in Seven' -  an organised charity cycle ride starting in Zurich and travelling through 7 countries in 7 days at a total of 700 miles. I'll be passing through Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, and England!

This really is a huge ride, which I'm sure will push me to my physical and mental limits as well as being an amazing experience!

Although I have only been riding road bikes for 6 months, I'm completely obsessed and with this years inspiring Tour de France I feel ready to take on this mammoth task.
