Story

Hi Guy's

As some of you may know that when I returned back from Iraq in 2004 I was quickly diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). The Combat Stress Organisation helped me in regaining my life with extensive treatment and support that cost up to three hundred pounds a day. This year Combat Stress need to raise ten million pounds as to the growing number of troops returning back from war torn countries such as Afghanistan with either severe injury's or PTSD.

Myself, Grant Leech (Veteran) and Jon Akenhead have planned to canoe to one of the three clinics dotted throughout the country.  We will leave from our hometown Winsford, Cheshire on a 360 mile journey along rivers and canals to the (Hollybush) Combat Stress clinic in Ayrshire, Scotland.

So please dig deep and donate now any amount is acceptable and welcome.

Thanks
