At the end of March 2010, I will be embarking on a challenging and spiritual journey to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. This will involve an 11 day trek in high altitude taking in less than 40% fewer molecules per breath, climbing to the foot of the world's highest peak with total ascent of 5545m

Please help the Sherpa communities in Nepal by making a contribution towards development projects on education, basic health and forestry programmes to rejuvenate their natural resources.
