At the end of March 2010, I will be embarking on a challenging and spiritual journey to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. This will involve an 11 day trek in high altitude taking in less than 40% fewer molecules per breath, climbing to the foot of the world's highest peak with total ascent of 5545m

Please help the Sherpa communities in Nepal by making a contribution towards development projects on education, basic health and forestry programmes to rejuvenate their natural resources.

By supporting this charity, we can make a real and immediate impact on the Sherpa's daily lives on projects important to the community, helping them help themselves.

All the money will go direct to the Nepal mountain community personally by the Trustees who are all volunteers.
