<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">This year, Aspers staff from each of our sites will simultaneously be pulling on their Lycra shorts and ‘testing their metal’ with the Aspers Iron Man Challenge!</span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">Staff will be rowing, running and cycling their way along a gruelling 164.40 miles in the quickest time possible.</span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">The challenge involves consecutively completing (without breaks): 112 miles on a stationary bike, 26.2 miles on a treadmill and finally 26.2 miles on a rowing machine – phew!</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB"><span style="font-size: small;">The Aspinall Foundation is a registered charity (No 326567) that is actively involved with several projects that incorporate a diverse range of conservation activities both at their Kent based Howletts and Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks, in addition to well-established overseas projects in the Republic of </span><a href="http://www.aspinallfoundation.org/aspinall/conservation-work/view/167/Congo-and-Gabon"><span style="font-size: small;">Congo and Gabon</span></a><span style="font-size: small;"> and more recent developing projects in </span><a href="http://www.aspinallfoundation.org/aspinall/conservation-work/view/164/Indonesia"><span style="font-size: small;">Indonesia</span></a><span style="font-size: small;"> and </span><a href="http://www.aspinallfoundation.org/aspinall/conservation-work/view/165/Madagascar"><span style="font-size: small;">Madagascar</span></a><span style="font-size: small;">.
