The 2011 Aspers annual charity fund raiser is nearly upon us!
This year, Aspers staff from each of our sites will simultaneously be pulling on their Lycra shorts and ‘testing their metal’ with the Aspers Iron Man Challenge!
What is the Aspers Iron Man Challenge?
Staff will be rowing, running and cycling their way along a gruelling 164.40 miles in the quickest time possible.
The challenge involves consecutively completing (without breaks): 112 miles on a stationary bike, 26.2 miles on a treadmill and finally 26.2 miles on a rowing machine – phew!
