The world is in terrible shape. Our help is needed now more than ever. In Yemen, the humanitarian situation is critical. The current crisis is borne out of years of poverty, under-development and conflict, and the Yemeni people are among some of the most vulnerable in the world today.18.8 million people need urgent help, 2.2 million children are malnourished, and on average, six children are being killed or injured every day. Over 7 million people are hungry and do not know where their next meal will come from. Food insecurity in Yemen has reached a crisis point, and the UN estimates that 14 million people don’t have enough to eat. Another 14 million people are in desperate need of safe drinking water and basic healthcare. Now is not the time to give up. Now is the time to step up our support. Let's change lives for the better today.
