I have been inspired by friends doing a recent team triathlon, and thought why can't we do that too!  So I roped Paul and Jenny in as my other team members.  As a sufferer of Juvenile Chronic Arthritis and recipient of a hip replacement in February 2007 I have chosen Arthritis Care as my charity.

I'll be doing the swim, Jenny the bike ride and Paul the run - the event is on Sunday 26tth September - from the Roade Triathlon site -

"After an unusual 414m swim, competitors head off on to the 2-lap 20k bike course with its gentle undulations through the villages of Roade and Stoke Bruerne. The race is brought to a conclusion with an out and back (twice) 4.5k run route that brings competitors back on site after the first out and back, finishing with a lap of the school field and a long run in to the focal finish area. Once finished, relax and soak up the event atmosphere."
