As if cycling 150 miles in two days in nice flat Norfolk last year wasn't challenge enough we have decided that if we are to raise a lot more money then we will have to do something a bit more exotic and extreme.  So after both seeing "that episode of top gear" we decided that an 8 day cycle challenge in Vietnam would be our next endeavour.  This should result in bikini bodies that an olympic athelete would be proud of and a lovely chunk of money towards Callum's Trust and the development of a Hospice in the Scottish Borders!

Imagine it....the heat...the humidity...the mountains...and cycling between 40 and 70 miles per day...it's going to be painful!!!  Because of this we need to donate a bit more than you normally would...just think of your normal donation and a weekend's worth of beer money, now that would be cool!!
