Those of you who know me will know how passionate I am about helping animals in distress.  I firmly believe that every penny can make a difference to the life of a neglected pet, even if it only buys them a dog chew as a treat. 

My friends have roped me into running 10k on 18 May and I am busy training at the moment to make sure I don't let the people who have sponsored me offline down.
