<div>UPDATE:</div>
<div><strong>1st March</strong> - its now less than 4 days to go, just finished my last bit of training for the challenge today, completing a 40 minute workout reaching 9483m, going at the same pace as I will on Sunday. Starting to feel the nerves.....</div>
<div><strong>27th Feb - </strong>Second last workout until my challenge, winding down now, but started training at 06:45am and did a 40 min workout, reaching 9900m with a restricted heart-rate. </div>
<div><span class="ecx" style="font-family: Calibri;">On the 22nd March, I will be going for two weeks to the Goodwill Children’s Home as a volunteer to teach English and Maths to children aged between five and eleven at a home in Thandigudi, along with eleven other sixth form pupils from Canford. </span></div>

<div><span class="ecx" style="font-family: Calibri;">So on the 4th March, I am rowing 42,195m on a rowing machine in aid of this charity. All the money wil go to </span><span class="ecx" style="font-family: Calibri;">The Goodwill Children’s Homes in Tamil Nadu. </span></div>
