Derian House is a children's hospice based in Chorley and we have chosen to fundraise for them due to personal circumstances and because of the fantastic work that they do. 

They provide care for children with limiting disabilities across the North-West. They provide constant care not only for the children, but also for their families. Many people do not know of Derian House and we are trying to raise awareness of the good they're doing in the world.

Jordan, one of our team members, has been involved with Derian House all of his life, due to his cousin, Scott, who had cerebral palsy. 

Jordan had this to say about Derian House:

"Scott's life was improved so much with the help of Derian, and they helped our family immensely around the time he died. Derian still support my family today."
