As some of you already know that this has now become an annual ritual – 3^rd time in a row for me this year participating in 45 mile Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle ride – and yes, again without any practice so I don’t have any expectation to beat my last year’s record which was worse than the 1^st year!  My trajectory has been reversing but nevertheless it is great fun doing this ride with our colleagues and at the same time raising some good money for a noble cause and helping someone in need.
