The Cure and Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation was created to raise awareness and support families affected by Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff. They are both terminal illnesses in children where those affected by the infantile form usually lose their battle against the disease by the age of 5.

Story

In July 2012 I plan again to participate in a Endurance Ride with other members of my Harley-Davidson Hogsback Chapter UK.

We will ride the 4 corners of Harley UK in 48 hours. The 1,525 miles can be covered inside 48 hours within legal speed limits, there will be no racing, just a thorough test of our iron butt. We will also visit as many Harley-Davidson dealerships as possible, advertising our charities.

With this ride I am supporting The Cure and Action for Tay-Sachs Foundation, a charity founded by my friend Daniel and his wife Patricia, whose daughter Amélie suffers from Tay-Sachs, a extremely rare and fatal genetic disorder.

So please sponsor some miles and donate now, as 1 £/mile will be a great motivator to me and the whole group riding this endurance challenge.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
