My story

I'm 'running' a cross country marathon in aid of AFFORD (the African Foundation for Development) - a charity which supports and invests in the development of businesses in Africa.

Please sponsor me! Let's face it I need the motivation to keep me going around a potentially gruelling course for hour after hour after hour ............
