Story
Losing someone is one of the hardest things anyone can to go though. It's a pain no one can describe wether it's a child, parent a grandparent or a friend. The pain is agonising.
Losing my grandparents was one of the most toughest things I had to go through, the bond that a grand parent has with their grandchildren is special and is something that is treasured for eternity.
After losing a loved one everyone wishes they could do something with their life that not only benefits them but benefits their loved ones in the akhira (afterlife). We all have that urge to get up and make a difference to the world as well as provide sadaqah-e-jariah for the person who has passed and this is the first step towards my goal.
This Ramadan I want to make a difference to those who suffer from losing friends, parents, grandparents and siblings on a daily basis due to unsanitary water, The ones who are left behind to fend for themselves as a result of filth, waste, plastic and hazardous parasites accumulating in the water and the ones who have to walk for miles and miles on end in order to collect this water not for survival. At the same time I want this to be a way in order to thank and honour my grandparents for the love, support and Dua's they gave me when they were alive. So now it's my turn
This is how I can do it,
With just a small amount of £300 I have the opportunity to help build a water well in the most rural of areas. We have the opportunity to make this Ramadan a moth where we make a difference. But in order to do so...I need the help of YOU!
I need as many people as possible to help make this happen and even if you can contribute a few pence it will still be appreciated. In'Sha'Allah with the help of you guys I can help make this water well which would change the lives of hundreds upon hundreds of people dying of unsanitary water.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “The best charity is giving water to drink” and he was the most generous in giving charity.
