Hello,

I am (once again) getting on my bike this year for the same great charity PROPS, this time it will be a slightly longer distance from Bristol to Bordeaux (yes, France). Please take a little peak at www.propsforward.com to see the amazing work they do for children and young people with special needs, all the money you donate will go to help them in their projects.

In return for your cash (however BIG or SMALL) I promise to update this page with all the training and of course the race - I mean ride - gossip, photos and video. We set off from Bristol on May 27th 2010 taking 4 days to cover over 400miles.

Right then, I'd better get training.
