Story
Thank You for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Easter Sunday (March 27th) of this year, I shall be undertaking my biggest fundraising challenge yet, in the hope of raising £2,000.
I will be doing a 16.4 mile bike ride followed by a 12 mile run, in the aid of raising money for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. The bike ride will be from my home to my Grandpas, followed by a run from my Grandpas home to the hospital he was treated within.
This charity is close to mine and my families hearts following the passing of my Grandpa at the age of 77 on the 10th of September 2015. The passing of someone who was so special to me has hit us all very hard as he can, and never will be replaced.
The effect of cancer is worldwide and effects everyone directly or indirectly though their lifetime.
The promise I made to Grandpa before his passing was that I would do something to remember him, and also do something to commend the work that the hospital did for him and our family in terms of support and treatment.
Please donate what you can to remember such an inspirational man, and someone who has touched many peoples hearts and lives.
Thank you.
