In March 2017 I tore my ACL playing rugby and wanted my return to intense exercise to be something for me to celebrate after a significant operation and intense physiotherapy, so what better way than taking part in a Tough Mudder whilst raising money for a great cause! Any pennies and pounds you can donate will all go to Macmillan and do some real good to people who need it whilst encouraging me to crack on with the event to my utmost ability. Cheers!
