This will be my 3rd year of taking part in this 5k Challenge, I am raising money for the Kingston Hospital Cancer Unit Appeal.

 I have worked at Kingston Hospital for 21 years so it means such a lot to me to be raising money for a charity where I can really see the money being put towards such a good cause.
