Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit the BG Group 'Cornerstone Cycle Challenge' fundraising page.

Between September 8th and September 29th 2009, over 60 people from the BG offices in Aberdeen contributed bike miles and collectively managed to cycle almost 4500 miles.  This is the equivalent of the distance between Aberdeen and Mumbai (as the crow flies)!

BG Group has very close links with Cornerstone and were delighted to sponsor the Cycle Challenge this year.

Cornerstone is one of Scotland’s largest charities and a leading provider of services for adults and children with disabilities and other support needs.

Cornerstone's aim is 'to enable the people we support to enjoy a valued life'.  Every day across Scotland they support people with disabilities and other support needs to become more independent and be active in their community.
