We train local people to be builders to build schools and clinics in Zambia.

Story

On Saturday 26 April 2014, BGL’s Executive Board and 30 employees take to the Thames to row a 66km stretch of the water and raise money, which will go towards building a community school in the rural Zambia village of Kabaka.

All fundraising received from the rowing challenge, together with the money already raised from the Zambia fundraising team, will exclusively fund the building of the new school, which will include three classrooms, new sanitation facilities and a house for teachers.

About the charity

We train young unemployed people to be builders, and at the same time build vital schools and health clinics. With your support we are #BuildingBrighterFutures in Zambia.
