Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page which has been set up to raise money for Emma Hoolin.

As part of our 50 year anniversary the BSW Heating Ltd Board of Directors wanted to support a worthwhile cause or project.

Emma Hoolin is the niece of a member of staff.  She is a four year old girl who was diagnosed with High Risk Neuroblastoma; this is rare form of childhood cancer. Emma has been undergoing aggressive treatment at Manchester Royal Children’s Hospital since February 2011. To have the best chances of survival she will need a further 6 months of immunotherapy.

In the UK, Emma will be part of a random trial that will decide at the penultimate stage of treatment what drugs she will receive. In the US Emma can receive proven life saving Immunotherapy treatment. The protocol stimulates that this must start no later than 19 November 2011.  To find out more about Emma, please visit www.emmahoolin.co.uk.

As a company we are hoping to collectively raise £15,000 by organising a series of 5 mile sponsored walks that will take place at various locations on Sunday 6 November 2011 and other events to take place during 2012.

Please help us achieve this by donating via this page which is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate.
