On 21st March BodyWorksWest are holding a 12 hour Spinathon in aid of Sports Relief.
Our BWW staff team will be keeping one of the 15 bikes going from 8.30 am until 8.30 pm and we need your support! Not only that, but Simon will be doing a solo ride for the whole 12 hour period - he is hardcore!
