Jay's funeral will be held at 11am on Tuesday 7th December 2010 at the Garden of England Crematorium, Sheppey Way, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME9 8GZ

Instead of flowers, Domonie would like donations to be made via this page to the Special Care Baby Unit at Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough
