Acorns supports around 750 children and almost 1,000 families every year. The charity needs to raise £11 million each year to provide its lifeline care. Your support means Acorns can continue to be there for local families facing the unimaginable. Together, we are stronger.

Story

We are.....

James I would rather be drinking coffee White

Ben no Hope

Anthony no chance on this old bike Niner

Steve to old for this Millward.

We all work at Badger Garden Centre in Studley Warwickshire part of the Golden Acres Group of Garden Centres and have decided to take on this challenge and believe us, for us it is a challenge.....

The challenge is to cycle from our garden centre to our head office in dorset (140 miles) we plan on doing this over two day with the first day being the main 100 miles, with a gentle 40 miles on the second.

The weekend in question is July 6 & 7th 2013!!!! so a few months of training when the weather gets better.

We are doing this for the Acorns childrens hospice based in Birmingham, they offer a network of care for life limited and life threatened children and young people, and their families, across the heart of England.

This is a great charity and a great challenge for us so please dig deep.......
