I like the vast majority of other people have lost family members and friends to cancer. In order that Cancer Research can continue to carry out their valuable work it is important that we support them by fundraising in any form.

I am delighted to be given the opportunity to complete this challenge along with my colleagues from Bailey and our partners from BSS, it should be good fun as well as challenging and the fact we are getting the opportunity to raise money for such worthwhile causes really is the icing on the cake. An additional point of interest to me is that I live in Newcastle and we will be passing within 200metres of our house on the last leg of the walk. Who knows, we may even call in for a cup of tea?
