 Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated countries in the world; of the 160 million people living in the low lying flood plains of the Ganges River only 53% have access to sanitation. In addition a fifth of all deaths can be attributed to lack of clean water. Thames in partnership with Water Aid are supporting in helping thousands of people gain access to those basic amenities we take for granted.
