Over the next 12 weeks I will be taking part in a Channel Challenge

in support of the local Scannappeal.

Rather than enduring the cold or negotiating the shipping lanes,

I will swim the equivalent distance of the English Channel i.e. 22miles

in the comfort of my local pool.

All sponsorship will go to the Save their Skin Appeal for

Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The appeal is aiming to raise £100,000 to

provide advance equipment for a dedicated minor operations room.

This will be used in the treatment of serious trauma injuries and the

diagnosis of skin cancer.I hope you are able to support  me in

this challenge and help raise vital funds for this worthy cause.
