I am doing a cycle ride from London to Paris (ouch!) in August 2010, for Crusaid, which is a charity for AIDS/HIV in poverty stricken areas. This is a cause close to my heart as it affects enormously many african countries, including Mozambique, where I am originally from. This is for me a huge challenge physically, but I am looking forward to doing it for such a good cause and I hope you share this view and help me (and Crusaid), by sponsoring this event. I appreciate that in the current financial climate, this may not be ideal, but will be very grateful for any little money you can spare for my efforts and those of Crusaid.
