From 27th-29th August a team of worthy individuals from Barclays Capital and support staff will be testing our physical and mental endurance to the limit in the Enduro Challenge, a London to Paris triathlon in aid of Give a Future,

We will be competing against teams from four other companies in a bid to be the fastest to complete a punishing 85 mile run from London to Dover, 25 mile swim to Calais and 180 mile cycle to Paris. All team members will take it in turns to run, swim and cycle. Swimming will be the most challenging and water temperatures can be as cold as 15 degrees.

We are hoping to raise as much money for Give a Future as possible so please dig deep.

Give a Future's goal is to transform the lives of children and women in poverty stricken parts of the world through education. The charity is supporting a programme in the poorest distrcit of Ethiopia's capital providing vulnerable children and those who care for them with an education and support needed to break out of the poverty cycle.

Children are followed through education and development, onto employment and self sufficiency. Workshops for the children's guardians cover livelihood, running a home, health and hygiene, family planning and business courses.
