The Wellspring is a vital lifeline for those facing homelessness. We are more than a support service; we are a dedicated team offering practical resources, compassionate support, and tailored guidance to help individuals rebuild their lives.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

 

In 2012, staff from Barclays Bank at Radbroke Hall to support The Wellspring and other nominated charities by providing practical help and by raising money through a number of events, so look out for the promotional posters and site-wide TV ads and support in whatever way you can.

On Tuesday 15 May, we are organising the UKRBB RTG charity golf day at De Vere Carden Park in Chester, where 50 golfers will compete in a 4 ball challenge (and individual Stableford challenge), again raising funds for our charities. The day consists of a driving range competition, buffet lunch, 18 Holes on the Nicklaus course, nearest the pin competition, longest drive competition, 3 course meal, prize giving and a charity auction.

 

BUPA 10K Run

 

June:

 

We are planning to cycle from our office at Radbroke Hall to our Head Office at 1CP in London, via Westwood Park & Milton Keynes on Tandems (approx. 210 miles). The plan is to leave Radbroke on Thursday 21st June and arrive at 1CP on the morning of Monday 25th June. On the Friday (22nd) we will be completing a MADD type event at Westwood Park, volunteering our services to the Emmaus Homeless charity.

 

Tandemeers are Alison Winder, David Hales, Jane Watts, Lee Campbell, Rajan Sethi, Malcolm Hughes, Simon Atkinson, Liam Stent, Chris Wadsworth and Kevin Dickson.  Support crew of Karen Racey, Alison Dixon, Claire Beeryman and John Skermer.

The Wellspring supports homeless people in and around Stockport through a range of services including housing, health, education, jobs, CV's, advice, alcohol & drug support, mental health support, training courses, 1-1 support, referrals to other services, signposting, employment support, benefits support.
