Every year people take part in Secret Santa which can be good fun but this year instead of finding that terrible tie for Frank in Accounts or another computer themed  mug for Debbie in IT  why not use that £5 budget to help a local family that has had to resort to using the foodbank. 

Each year 2.5 million secret santa gifts are thrown away. Just think what your £5 can buy for the Newark Foodbank instead not to mention less waste in landfill. In 2020/2021 there was a 33% increase in people using foodbanks and 2 million food parcels were given out. So please think of those people that have to choose between heating and eating and donate your Secret Santa money to the foodbank.
